I am passionate about promoting mental health and wellbeing.
I benefited from therapy myself after becoming a parent and finding the changes in my life difficult to cope with. This experience taught me how beneficial it can be to have a safe, non-judgemental and understanding place to talk. Because of that experience, I want to help others understand how they can work through their problems and thrive in their daily lives.
As well as adults, I work with children, adolescents and young adults. I enjoy working with this age group as I believe young people have much to offer but are often misunderstood or not able to express themselves fully.
My approach promotes a neuro-affirming and inclusive practice, believing everyone has the right to feel safe and respected. I prioritise a strong therapeutic relationship where you will feel heard, understood and empowered.
