Felicity Psychology is a psychology practice in Australia, owned and operated by Felicity Sayers a registered psychologist and educational and developmental psychology registrar. Our services comply with the Australian Psychological Society (APS) Code of Ethics, Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) regulations, and relevant Australian privacy and health laws.

- Information Purposes Only: The content provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, psychological, or legal advice. Engaging with website content does not establish a therapeutic relationship with Felicity Psychology.

- Appointments: Appointments can be scheduled by contacting Felicity Psychology directly.
- Fees and Payments: Standard fees are outlined on the website and may vary by service type. Payment is due at the time of each session unless otherwise arranged. Payments can be processed via Halaxy’s secure system, with rebates available to eligible clients.
- Cancellations: Felicity Psychology requires at least 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours or missed appointments will incur the full session fee, except in cases of emergency.
- Eligibility for Medicare and NDIS: Clients seeking Medicare rebates must have a valid referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan. NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed may access services; Felicity Psychology is not an NDIS-registered provider and cannot directly bill NDIS for agency-managed participants.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: Clients agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information during intake and ongoing sessions. This includes relevant health history, contact details, and billing information.
- Therapeutic Engagement: The effectiveness of therapy depends on active participation. Clients are encouraged to attend scheduled appointments and follow through on agreed-upon therapeutic activities.
- Communication: Any updates regarding health or other relevant matters should be shared promptly. In urgent situations, please contact Felicity Psychology directly.
5. Limitations of Service
- Crisis Situations: Felicity Psychology is not a crisis service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please call 000 or go to your nearest emergency department.
- Third-Party Services: Felicity Psychology is not responsible for the actions, content, or privacy policies of third-party services used in conjunction with our practice, such as Halaxy, Mentalyc, or Google email. While we make every effort to work with reputable providers, please review their respective terms and policies as applicable.
- Confidentiality and Privacy: All client information is kept confidential, in compliance with Australian privacy laws, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., in cases of harm to self or others). Our [Privacy Policy] details how your personal information is collected, used, and stored.
6. Limitations of Liability

7. Booking and Payments
- Payment Terms: Payment for services is required on the day of your session unless covered by WorkCover, TAC, or NDIS plan management. Halaxy’s secure payment processing will be used to manage client billing.
- Rebates and Claims: Clients may submit claims for Medicare or private health rebates where applicable. Please note that it is not possible to claim both a Medicare rebate and a private health rebate for the same session.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Felicity Psychology reserves the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect changes in practice or regulatory requirements. Updated terms will be posted on this page, with the effective date noted.
