I’ve always been curious about people, wanting to understand why we think, feel, and behave as we do, and how our relationships, experiences, and environments shape us. This curiosity continues to inspire my work and motivates me to help others gain a deeper understanding of themselves and live more fulfilling, meaningful lives.
Working as a psychologist has made me a more compassionate and accepting person. It has taught me that everyone is doing their best as they navigate life’s unique challenges, and I feel privileged to walk alongside clients during these times.
I enjoy working with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds, particularly those who are willing to explore themselves, even when the process feels uncertain or challenging. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is seeing clients gradually feel lighter, more connected to themselves, and less burdened by the difficulties they have been carrying.
My clients would describe me as warm, genuine, and empathetic. I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel heard, understood, and accepted. I believe people are the experts in their own lives, and my role is to support them at their own pace as they discover what feels right for them.
