Natasha enjoys working with motivated adults of all ages, from diverse backgrounds, who are willing to explore life’s challenges and complexities with open curiosity. She has over 10 years of experience working in a range of public and private settings in both Australia and New Zealand and her work is inspired and informed by her doctoral research in positive psychology and self-compassion. The most rewarding part of her work is helping individuals trade confusion for clarity, discover the courage in vulnerability, and turn self-understanding into deep self-acceptance.
Natasha adopts a collaborative, and compassionate approach to therapy weaving together principles of gentle acceptance and active growth. She works intentionally to cultivate a warm, safe, and validating environment where you feel genuinely heard and understood. Her framework balances self-reflection with practical action, guiding individuals to observe and understand their emotional inner world while building healthier ways to connect with themselves, others and the world
