Hi, I’m Vinusha! I am a Psychologist who takes a holistic and integrative approach to mental health and wellbeing. I work collaboratively with clients to explore all aspects of their life including emotional, cognitive, physical, and social. I am passionate about helping individuals live a meaningful and fulfilling life, aligned with their personal values and goals.
I have witnessed firsthand the transformative power of therapy. The right support, at the right time, can change the course of someone’s life. This has fueled my commitment to supporting others through life’s challenges and empowering them to become the most psychologically resilient versions of themselves.
I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive, and collaborative space, where clients feel heard, understood, and respected. No matter where someone is on their journey, I’m here to walk alongside them with curiosity, compassion, and care.

While I value the unique strengths and challenges that come with every stage of life, I understand the significance of working with children as it can help lay the foundation for lifelong emotional wellbeing, and reduce the risk of psychological difficulties later in life.
At the same time, I know that therapy at any age can be profoundly impactful. Life brings challenges at all stages, and I’m committed to walking alongside individuals whether children, adolescents, or adults, as they navigate their experiences, build resilience, and move toward greater wellbeing.
